James J. Marotta, MAI

Appraisal experience consists of a wide variety of valuation and consulting assignments, including major income-producing commercial properties, special-use properties, low income housing tax credit properties, elderly housing and nursing facilities, condominium and subdivision development valuations, residential and commercial land, litigation valuation assignments, lease analysis and market feasibility studies. A graduate of Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, Jim has 20 years of experience in the field. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Appraiser Matthew Merrill is a graduate of Skidmore College, where he majored in Economics. Matt has five years of varied appraisal experience, including the valuation of residential apartments and condominium developments, elderly housing and nursing facilities, low income housing tax credit valuation assignments, as well as the valuation of office, retail, and industrial properties. Senior Appraiser Jeffrey H. Moody has over 15 years in the real estate appraisal and consulting business. He has performed valuations on property types that include, but are not limited to, neighborhood and community shopping centers, apartment complexes, single and multi-tenanted industrial buildings, office buildings, self-storage facilities, cold storage facilities, residential subdivisions, residential properties and vacant land for various uses. Jeff's clients have included accountants, investment firms, law firms, lenders, private and public agencies, and he has performed valuations and market studies on proposed, renovated, and existing structures.
